Tonight's Agenda

Here's what we'll walk through together

1
What the market is saying
Real adoption numbers, straight from this year's data
2
Why build with AI, now
The shift already underway, and what it means for your role
3
My build workflow
How I actually go from a blank prompt to a shipped prototype
4
Inspiration: what's possible
A live look at real products built this exact way
5
What's new in Claude Code
The latest features worth knowing, straight from this month's releases
6
Live Q&A
Bring your own product idea, we'll tell you how we'd approach it
Why This, Why Now

The shift is already here.

90%
of developers now use at least one AI coding tool at work
Source: JetBrains, 2026
31%→57%
Claude Code awareness among developers, in just six months
Source: JetBrains, 2026
60%
of new enterprise code will be AI-generated by end of 2026
Source: Gartner
4.7M
paid GitHub Copilot subscribers, up 75% year-over-year
Source: GitHub, Jan 2026

This isn't a future trend. It's already how most teams build.

The Individual & Team Impact

What this means for you and your team

73% of PMs
now use AI weekly or daily, 68% specifically for writing PRDs
2026 PM industry survey
54% → 91%
designers using AI weekly, in just one year
Designer Fund, State of AI Design 2026
~37% faster
average productivity gain in AI-augmented roles, vs 12% from traditional automation
2026 enterprise workplace data

The tools are already inside your day. Tonight is about directing them, not just using them.

People, Teams & Businesses

The roles are merging.

Half of designers have already shipped AI-generated code to production
Across product and brand design specialties · Designer Fund
Teams now expect a new deliverable from non-engineers
A working prototype, not a mockup
Businesses that embrace AI now compound the advantage
Faster iteration and lower cost to test ideas beat waiting on scarce dev capacity

This is exactly the skill tonight is about. Not replacing your engineers, becoming someone who can build alongside them.

Abstract render of a single glowing idea unfurling into many working app interfaces
One Idea, Tonight

One idea in.
A working prototype out.

The Real Bottleneck

Most product people aren't
short on ideas.

They're short on a fast way to test them. You write the spec, queue it with the dev team, wait for a slot, then wait again for the review.

By the time anything ships, the market has moved and the idea feels stale. That gap between "I have an idea" and "I have a working thing" is what Claude Code closes.

THE TRADITIONAL ROUTE
Write the spec
1+ day, and it still needs sign-off
Queue with the dev team
1-2 weeks before anyone touches it
Review & rework
Another week, often more than one round
Iterate
Back to the queue. Repeat.
What Changes Tonight

Describe it. See it built. Iterate live.

WITHOUT CLAUDE CODE
2-4 weeks to a first prototype
RM3,000-RM10,000 per internal tool
Feedback comes after it's already built
WITH CLAUDE CODE
A working prototype the same session
Free to try tonight, no dev budget needed
Users react while you can still change it

This isn't about replacing your engineers. It's about proving an idea before you spend a single ringgit of their time on it.

Who's Teaching Tonight

Built products. Teaches what works.

10+ years in UX research and product design for SaaS. Embedded with design and research teams to shape how they build, now turns those insights directly into shipped products through vibe coding.

"I could design anything. I could visualise anything. But building it always meant waiting on someone else."

Every tool he's shipped, from internal dashboards to lead-qualification bots, started the same way tonight's session does: an idea, described in plain English, turned into something you can click through.

"If you're thinking 'this isn't for me,' that's exactly why you're here."

The Receipts

Built, not taught. Every day.

What you'll walk
away able to do

1
Build from a PRD or user story
Use Claude Code to turn a written spec straight into a clickable prototype.
2
Iterate through plain-English prompts
Change flows, layout and copy without opening a code editor.
3
Validate before you commit engineering time
Put a real prototype in front of users before a single sprint is planned.
4
Hand off cleanly to your dev team
Once it's proven, your engineers get a working reference, not a guess.

Before You Join

A few quick questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. If you can describe what you want in plain English, you can direct Claude Code. We'll show you the exact prompts.

Is this really free?

Yes. This session is free (normal value RM300). No credit card, no catch.

What do I need to join?

Just the Google Meet link on the last slide. A laptop nearby helps if you want to try prompts alongside Marcus.

Do we cover deployment, databases or auth?

Not tonight. This session is about idea to clickable prototype. Deployment, databases and authentication are covered hands-on in the 2-day workshop.

What if I want hands-on build time?

This webinar is demo-driven. For guided, hands-on practice, join our 2-day AI Vibe Coding + Rapid Prototyping workshop (see next slide).
